All utilities are included including lawn care. Owner will pay up to $250 on the electric. Rent is $1825 per month. If rent is paid on or before the first of each month, a $25.00 DISCOUNT will apply. $1800/$1825. We require first month rent, minimum security deposit of $1850 & last month rent.
