Entering the apartment, you'll find beautiful hardwood flooring in the living room and formal dining room, and all new light fixtures throughout. Straight ahead is the kitchen equipped with updated vinyl flooring, newer cabinets, countertops, and fixtures, an island offering extra storage, and updated appliances including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The half bathroom providing washer and dryer hookups can be found just off the kitchen. Continuing upstairs are all three generously sized bedrooms with carpet flooring, as well as the full bathroom. Both bathrooms have updated vinyl flooring, vanities, and fixtures. This apartment has a fairly new furnace and central air unit, and the building itself was recently updated with new siding and windows. There is a small space for some off-street parking behind the property available for all tenants in the building to share. Renters insurance required. Utilities: Tenant pays electricity and gas.
