This unit is currently occupied so we will be showing with approved applications only. Current photos and video are located on the Guardian Property Management website. We are looking for an 18 or 24 month lease to start. Move in is available anytime Mid Feb through March 1st. Walking in from the front door you have a large living room with fireplace and dining area. The kitchen is open to the dining area and has a quarter bath and entrance to the garage right off of it. Upstairs you will find a large landing area, full bath, second bedroom, and primary bedroom with walk in closet. 2 car Garage Included. As a tenant you will be responsible for gas, electric, and water/sewer. Trash, Lawn, and Snow are included in the rent. Renters insurance is required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
