This spacious 3 bedroom 2 Bath home is located in a quiet country living style in Cold Springs! There are schools, a community park as well as miles of walking/riding trails nearby. It's a short drive to shopping or dining and within a 20 min drive to the 395/I-80 junction. The master bedroom is spacious with plenty of closet space. The home comes with a large 24 ft. over-sized garage that will easily fit a 4X4 or SUV, and includes built in shelving for extra storage. There is also a large area for RV and/or boat parking. The front yard is xeriscaped and the back yard has a large patio area with some plants and shrubs surrounding the fence line. The home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning and washer and dryer hookups. The appliances include gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Tenants pay gas, electric and water directly to the utility companies plus trash fees at $30/mo. as a reimbursement to the owner(s). Owner(s) pay sewer. This is a 6 month lease with an option to renew for 12 months once the initial lease expires. One month's rent, security deposit, and other deposits are due upon move-in. Approved pet(s) allowed (2 MAX 50 lbs. or less) on approval with a $150 admin fee, refundable pet deposit $100-$250 (based on Fido score) and monthly pet fee of $10 - $60, based on size & type of pet(s). Pet Screening Profiles are required for all animals looking to be accepted in one of our properties.
