Beautiful hardwood floors are found throughout. A detached, shared garage includes 1 parking space for this unit (the other garage spot is for the other unit). Inside the unit you'll find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is ample natural light throughout and unique features, including crown molding and a beautiful mantle. The living room is large enough to split into a sitting room and separate area, and there is also a formal dining room. The kitchen includes plenty of cabinet space, a full-size refrigerator, and an electric stove. There is no dishwasher, microwave, or garbage disposal. The unit has boiler heat and window AC units are provided. Shared laundry is found in the basement, and there is an interior door through the kitchen to the basement from this unit. Lawn care and snow removal are included in rent. Tenants are responsible for paying all utilities. Gas is billed back to the unit at 50% of the total bill each month. Water/sewer/trash/recycling is a flat-rate $60/month for the unit. Tenants must place electric and internet directly in their name. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets). In multi-unit buildings, only dogs that are not prone to frequent barking are allowed. No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed.
