These red brick apartments were solidly built in 1949 and they are steeped in the historic Cloverdale District's Old World charm. This first-floor 1 bedroom/1 bath unit has been remodeled with a beautiful refinish on the original hardwood floors and a recently renewed kitchen with new flooring, cabinetry, faux granite countertops, and tiled backsplash. The refrigerator, stove, and microwave hood are like new, and a washer and dryer are included. We have recently upgraded the unit to central heat and air conditioning, and lighting fixtures are new with ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom.
