Electronic Key less deadbolts. The bedroom boasts 2 queen beds; and a washer/dryer unit. There is a fire pit off the back porch and a gas fireplace in the living room. You will have full access to the resort's indoor pool and hot tub. The back area has 2 rocking chairs, a picnic table, BBQ grill, rushing creek and water fall with 4 chairs around the fire pit. Non-Smoking Property. NO PETS No RV's. Parking 2 vehicles only. Credit and Reference check paid to turbo tenant
