New mobile home community. This trailer has had only one tenant in it for 12 months. Everything is still in like-new condition! The community now has 15 homes settled, with more in development. This home is a 3 bed/2 bath setup in a split floor plan. The master bath has double sinks and a tub/shower combo. The home offers vinyl flooring throughout. The kitchen opens to the living area and features a large island. Laundry space is separate. Each home has a designated parking pad for 2 vehicles. Pets will be considered with prior approval for breed/size. There will be an additional pet rent of $25 a month for each pet in the home. Tenants may not place any sheds/storage buildings due to park layout and septic placement. Utilities: Electric: Lumbee River Electric (Tenant will need to set up a personal account) Water: Provided by the Park (Billed to the Tenant on a Quarterly Basis) Sewer: Septic Tank Trash: Tenant is responsible for all trash removal. They may contract with a trash company of their choice OR take their own trash to the Hoke Co.
