The house is located close to downtown on major bus routes and is in close proximity to CHEO, the Ottawa Hospital and near the Elmvale Acres Shopping mall. This completely renovated and modernized 1 bedroom basement apartment has everything you need! A brand new trendy kitchen, new appliances and your own washer dryer. Heating and water are included, but tenants cover their own hydro and internet. We're looking for great tenants to take on this unit. We do offer a parking spot for $75 per month. Please note that a family does live above this unit and although significant sound proofing has been installed (drywall and insulation), there is some residual noise. There is absolutely no smoking inside the apartment or on the property. All leases will be for 12 months and first and last month's rent are required at the time of signing. We are open to discussing pets with responsible owners.
