Wood-like laminate tile floors in the living and dining room. Central AC, plus ceiling fans to help you stay cool, including on the screened porch. Porch also has storm shutters for extra protection during those rainy days. Master bedroom with spacious private bathroom, shower and your own walk-in closet. Main (guest) bathroom also has a bathtub if you want to soak after a long day. Unit incudes your own outside storage container, and a storage locker in the laundry room for your detergent and dryer sheets. Use of the community pool, updated laundry room, and a dedicated parking space are also included in the rent! First month rent of $2095 and $2095 Security Deposit are due at lease signing. We reserve the right to also require a last month rent. Water, sewer, trash, and basic cable are included in the rent! Our application fee is $75 per person, and excellent references are expected of all applicants. Once approved by us, you must also apply with and be approved by the HOA. This is a no smoking and no vaporizing unit, and we mean it. Sorry, but no pets per the HOA. (Legitimate service animals only.)
