1st floor large one bedroom apartment that includes a washer/dryer in a closed off laundry room area in the apartment with shelves pn wall for storage. Stove & fridge have been replaced with black appliances. Bathroom has been painted gray. Tenant pays for lights, hot water, and internet (building is set up for spectrum, T-Mobile). Heat and sewer, trash services and private parking for one vehicle included. Very quiet apartment building that is well kept inside and outside yard. Property manager there daily for ground upkeep and hallways. Pets are welcome with a max of three pets, two dogs max. Medium size and smaller. There are some restrictions on dog breeds, so prior approval needed. Must be dog and kid friendly due to other dogs and young kids in building, fully potty trained. No pee pads allowed or young puppies. Ready July 10th 2026. Hardwood floors in all rooms, bathroom has tiles. Private back deck with door going into the laundry room.
