Us: We are a young married couple with no children or pets who are fairly low-key with no drama (no couple's quarrels) and enjoy spending a quiet night at home. The husband works from home as a web designer and the wife is pursuing a masters degree in accounting. We are non-smokers and value quiet and privacy. You: Preferably a student or young professional who embodies the same values and lifestyle as we do. Outside smokers are fi*ne. The Room: Location is about 10 minutes from CSU Fullerton. There is a ceiling fan and central lighting in the room. Central air conditioning and heating is also available. All utilities will be split. Will have access to the kitchen, laundry area, backyard, and a shared bathroom with one other person.
