Full unfinished basement with 1 car garage. OWNER APPROVAL FOR ALL PETS We welcome pets per our pet policy with the following exceptions (no puppies or kittens). Our general policy is no vicious breeds, max 2 pets, $300 first pet, $200 second pet non-refundable fee. $30 monthly pet rent per pet. My Place Realty and the property owner have the final say on pets. *FYI - All walls/trim are not normally freshly painted after every tenant moves out. Normal wear and tear, minor scuffs are to be expected on walls which may not show up in pictures.
