Located near the heart of downtown Jacksonville and also in a quiet neighborhood! All the conveniences of the city but also peaceful and secluded from the main streets. Lots of off-street parking. Great unit in a small complex. Only a 5-minute walk to the bus stops and a 4-minute drive to downtown Jax! Only a few blocks away are several restaurants to choose from and I95 is conveniently located nearby. We do allow pets for a small one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250 (small breed only) dogs/cats welcome. We do accept Section 8!! If you're looking for a place to call home come, check us out!
