This home is a 3 bed/2 bath set up in a split floorplan. The master bath has double sinks and a tub/shower combo. The home has vinyl flooring through out - except for one bedroom. This one bedroom has brand new carpet. Pets will be considered with prior approval for breed/size. There will be an additional pet rent of $25 a month for each pet in the home. Tenants will not be allowed to place any sheds/storage buildings due to park layout and septic placements.
