This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home features a large 2-car garage. This is a duplex and just underwent a renovation. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms add comfort and airflow, and the large back deck is perfect for outdoor relaxation. Tenants will need to provide their own microwave, washer, and dryer. The tenants are responsible for all customary utilities, including trash and landscaping. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. We are seeking a 15-month lease at $1,450 monthly rent, plus $50 monthly for water, along with a $1,450 security deposit.
