Come see this newly renovated in-town unit. Located one block off Main St, this unit allows walking access to all that Downtown Brunswick has to offer. A Newly renovated kitchen with a dishwasher opens up into a spacious living room. The bedroom offers plenty of space and there is even a bonus room in the back which previous tenants have used as an office, craft nook or gaming room. The bathroom was also renovated with a new stall shower. Heat is included with rent, but there is no off-street parking. Our other tenants find parking right on Dunlap street or one of the nearby lots. Qualification Standards Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards will not be approved. Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number. Applicant's monthly household income must exceed three times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Verifiable income is any income that is proved with either a current paystub or in the case of self-employed - 2 years of tax returns. Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years. Applicants may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. Applicants must exhibit a responsible financial life. Credit score must be a minimum of 620. A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. All properties have strict Health and fire safety policies which require applicants to be non-smokers. There is no smoking of any kind inside or within 25 feet of the building. Please read the full policy for specifics. Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom. At the landlord's discretion, compensating factors such as an additional security deposit or co-signer (guarantor) may be required for qualification if the Applicant fails to meet any one of the above requirements. In the event of multiple applicants, tenancy will be granted to the most qualified, based on the above criteria. This 4 unit building is located on the corner of Federal St & Dunlap St which gives it a great in-town location. Walk to all of the amenities on Main street. This building doesn't offer off street parking, but there are public lots around the corner and most tenants find parking on Dunlap street.
