Half bath is located just off the kitchen area. 2 Bedrooms and 1 full bathroom are located on the top floor of the townhome and features large closets and patio decks for each room, with the bathroom in the middle. Laundry closet is located on the main floor while ground floor is a covered car port. 1 pet allowed on a pre approved basis, with all pet fees paid, weight limit 20 lbs or less Tenant Benefit Package fee of $29/month is required for all tenants.
