The primary suite is spacious with a large double window, roomy closet, and has an en suite full bathroom attached, which also has access from the main hallway. The other two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill style half bath. Additionally there is a laundry area with washer/dryer hookups only, and a side door leading out to an expansive yard. Well water and lawncare are included, all other utilities are tenant responsibility. Heat source is an electric furnace. This property is pet friendly; age and breed restrictions apply.
