The dining table extends to seat up to 10 in the open concept with the living area. The downstairs (street level) has a living room contains three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom offers a queen bed and a private entrance to the garden and patio. The other two bedrooms have double beds. The living room/recreation room contains a sleeping bed sofa, TV, fireplace and opens to garden & patio. Garden view bedroom is very spacious with a walk-in closet and a beautiful bathroom with floor heating and massage six jet big shower. The other two bedrooms have a joint bathroom, with a shower & bathtub and in-floor heating. Laundry room with washer & dryer. Welcome insurance claim. Looking for family to stay in the house.
