Hardwood flooring throughout the shared living areas on the main floor and plush carpeting in bedrooms and the downstairs family room. The open floor plan and large windows provide amazing views of the front range. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances including a gas range, microwave oven, dishwasher, and large refrigerator with French doors. There is plenty of cabinet space and a spacious pantry closet. Under-cabinet lighting provides not only useful illumination but also color changing to add atmosphere to your space. The kitchen island includes a breakfast bar. A large covered balcony is accessed via the dining area and has plenty of room for outdoor seating. The living room has a gas fireplace. The bedrooms include walk-in closets and large windows. Downstairs, the very large family room is the perfect space for entertaining or hanging out with the whole family. Sliding glass doors open onto a patio with great views. Beautiful ceiling fans are in the living room and bedrooms. There are hookups to create a house-wide sound system. A mudroom and laundry area provides built-in storage, a full-size washer and dryer, and a utility sink. The two-car garage features ample parking and storage space.
