From the dining area is the long galley kitchen that leads right into the spacious laundry room. The north side of this home has a full master suite with views of the lake from the bed and a full bath that is comfortable and spacious. Separated from the master suite is a large family room that can be used as a sleeping loft, next to this is the full bathroom with shower and a private bedroom. The waterfront is fully fenced, has a dock that is great for launching water toys, kayaks and stand up paddleboards. This home gets great morning sun and due to the lake in the back yard, has plenty of light. Maple Circle is a gem of a street with friendly neighbors and a quiet relaxed atmosphere. Westridge Elementary, Lakridge Jr. and Sr. High Schools. No pets and no smoking. No Pets Allowed
