These newer duplexes have a great layout, beautiful finishes, granite counters, a two-car garage, and private, fenced yard. The main living area is open and has a sliding door for access to the backyard. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and ample pantry space. Lovely laminate flooring throughout the kitchen and living room. Bedrooms are nicely sized, and there is a master bedroom with private bathroom. These units are located off Franklin and Birch, with quick freeway access and minutes away from shopping at Treasure Valley Marketplace and the Garrity exit. Up to two cats or small dogs, or one medium sized dog allowed with separate pet deposit of $400 per pet, non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet, and $25/month pet rent per pet - there are breed and weight restrictions for dogs. Additional Details: Tenants are responsible for all utilities and lawn care, including water/sewer/trash. W/S/T is billed at a flat rate of $60/month. No smoking or vaping. This unit is not approved to accept housing vouchers. Renters insurance is required. Security deposit of $2150 is due at lease signing (deposit-free option available through Obligo for qualified applicants).
