These lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhomes are located just off Franklin Blvd & Birch Ln in Nampa. With 1150 sq ft, and a one car garage, these newer townhomes have a nice layout. The main living area is open to the kitchen with laminate flooring throughout. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. The bedrooms are split, with one on the main floor and one upstairs. There is also a loft area upstairs, as well as the washer and dryer hookups. Up to two cats or one small to medium sized dog (45 pounds max), allowed with separate pet deposit of $400 per pet, non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet, and $25/month pet rent per pet - there are breed restrictions for dogs. Additional Details: Tenants are responsible for all utilities including water/sewer/trash. W/S/T is billed at a flat rate of $60/month. No smoking or vaping. This unit is not approved to accept housing vouchers. Renters insurance is required. Security deposit of $2150 is due at lease signing (deposit-free option available through Obligo for qualified applicants).
