If you enjoy walking, riding bikes, fishing, looking at beach sunsets, well then, you will enjoy living on this side of Clearwater. For on this side of Clearwater your close enough to enjoy all the features of Clearwater and Clearwater Beach, that tourists normally spends hundreds of dollars a day to be here, and this would be your backyard, so to say... it is that close. google it.. Enough said... call me if your interested (904) 903-1736 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 car garage with central heating and air with large private fenced in backyard and enclosed patio. I recently had the opportunity to completely renovate this home, which I have wanted to do for so many years, as luck would have it, I had the opportunity to do just that, and now someone will get to enjoy it, for it's nice. I have owned this house for years and it is my favorite. I love the neighborhood with its extra wide streets that are lined with old oak trees. I always see neighbors out walking in this peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The home sits at the top of a hill and the street slopes down from there providing an elevated view. From the large back patio, this elevated position provides a sweeping view of all the large oak trees down below. This view makes me feel like I’m back up north in the woods. Most Clearwater neighborhoods have small streets with homes packed in back-to-back but not this neighborhood. I have included photos of the neighborhood- however, they cannot quite convey how nice it truly is. The Pinellas Trail is ½ mile away, and fantastic for bike riding, walking and skating. I’ve taken my electric bike from this house to Clearwater beach (5 miles away) many times, and I love the view from my bike. Something I like most about this house is how close it is to fantastic fishing spots. It’s minutes from Dunedin Causeway, Sand Key (on a barrier island), and the intercoastal causeway, all with easy parking. I have caught many fish from all these areas. I recently renovated the home from top to bottom and it looks fantastic too. My kids were amazed and even my wife was impressed and that is saying something. From top to bottom as they say, its been done. There is new tile flooring throughout the living room, hallways, dining area, and kitchen. All bedrooms have new, very thick, plush carpeting and padding. When you get up in the morning your feet will sink down into the carpet. You cannot see this detail in the photos, it’s something you must experience. This is not your standard rental home carpet. There are new interior and patio fans which are very quiet, no sound but the blades pushing the air. I spared no expense acquiring these fans. I enlarged the kitchen- it now has twice as many cabinets and countertop space (20 linear feet) than before. That’s a lot of space. New white subway tile backsplash throughout. New appliances include a five-burner gas cooktop (a dream to cook on), a refrigerator with French doors and a bottom freezer with an ice maker, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The photos provide a good view of the kitchen. The large living room/dining room combination has a fantastic view through extra-large sliding glass doors that lead to the back patio. The master bedroom has a full bath and a large walk-in closet. The main bathroom has a new double sink vanity, a combination bath/shower and a towel closet.
