Welcome to our Beautiful Flagstaff Mountain Home! Located in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac in Coconino Estates, this home is perfect for a quick weekend getaway or an extended stay. Only minutes from Historic Downtown Flagstaff, Arizona Snowbowl, Flagstaff Medical Center and The Museum of Northern Arizona, yet tucked away in a quiet, serene environment, you can't help but feel at home in. The home features stunning Cherry Hardwood flooring in the kitchen and dining. The fully-equipped kitchen is outfitted with Corian Counters and features Maytag appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, built in microwave/hood, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and a vast array of cooking utensils and dishware with lots of counter space making for easy meal preparation. There is seating at the dining room table for six but can be expanded to seat up to eight with an additional table and 5 chairs in the adjacent game room The home's Master bedroom has a plush Queen bed, separate bathroom with full shower and sink and a TV. There are three guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed with TV, the others feature bunk beds. One of the guest rooms has bunk beds with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. The other guest room has bunk beds where both beds are twins, it also has a trundle bed underneath and a separate twin in the room. If additional bedroom space is needed, the game room is a large separate room with a door that can become a fifth bedroom with an inflatable mattress. The Game Room is equipped with lots of games, puzzles, cards, and a large TV for the kids to be fully occupied. It also has a nice quiet Family Room with a fireplace and stereo for the adults to have their getaway for a glass of wine and some conversation. If it is time for the whole family you are looking for then the Living Room is the place, with seating for 10, a large TV and DVD player. The Backyard is fully fenced with a large flagstone patio, sprawling grass yard and is a great place to grill out, eat an evening meal or unwind after a busy day. Just minutes from Historic Downtown Flagstaff, Arizona Snowbowl, Flagstaff Medical Center, Museum of Northern Arizona, and surrounded by a variety of dining and shopping options, making it a perfect home base for all of Northern Arizona's attractions. The Arizona Snowbowl is a quick 15 minute drive, and offers world class skiing at a family friendly resort. If skiing is not your thing but you love the snow, the Wing Mountain Snow Play area is also a 15 min drive or drive another 10 minutes for cross country skiing at the Nordic Center. Grand Canyon is an 80 minute drive north, providing some of the most beautiful scenery in the country. Sedona is a 45 minute drive south.
