The screened in back patio is ideal for spring and fall nights. Hardwood floors run throughout, and the kitchen offers plenty of cabinetry with a gas range, dishwasher, and refrigerator included. The primary bedroom is a private addition to the home, tucked away from the other bedrooms for added privacy, and includes a large walk in closet. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable deposit, and rent includes the washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and lawn care. An attached one car garage adds convenience, and the location keeps you close to UL and downtown. Rent is $1800 per month with a $1800 security deposit, and only one-year leases will be considered. All adult residents must be on the lease, and a rental application is required before any showing. Applicants need a minimum of 3 times the monthly rent in income, along with a passing criminal background check and solid rental history and references. Renters cover all utilities (Internet, LUS, & Gas)
