The first floor also has a laundry area with washer/dryer provided. The office/den is a single room addition off the mud room. It has an outside door separate from the house living space, plus, it can be accessed from the mudroom. All 3 bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the second floor. All rooms are a nice size and have a fair amount of closet space. The pole barn is quite large - 4 cars wide x 2 cars deep - and has electric and multiple entrances (no heat/no water) This home is situated on approx 5 acres, 2 of which are for tenants enjoyment, has beautiful countryside views and is in close proximity to Hartefeld National, a premier Avondale golf club. Up to 2 dogs are allowed, over 20lbs preferred. Other pets considered with owners approval. Sorry, horses are not allowed. The tenant is responsible for electric, oil heat, water, trash and snow removal. Landlord will maintain the lawn. 18 month lease
