(no stove or dishwasher and limited outlets) This is a VERY NICE space!! I’m renting out the whole basement to a single individual or a couple. No pets. No kids. There’s available parking on the street and in the alley. The shed may be used as a 1 car garage or additional storage. For the first few months, it will be month to month. If things are still working out, we can discuss a year lease. The tenant(s) will have their own washer and dryer. The tenant(s) will be expected to pay rent on time every month. Due date is the 25th of every month. No smoking allowed inside or outside the home. No exceptions. To determine if we’re a good fit, we’ll first meet for coffee to discuss the terms and any questions applicable. Any potential tenants will be required to show proof of making 3x the rent in income. Through this site, any potential tenants will be required to fill out a rental application and do a background check (fee is $55.00) To move in, the Tenant will be required to fill out the rental application, provide the Security Deposit, 1st and last month’s rent along with a clean background check and proof of sufficient income.
