This home has beautiful tile, new paint and has large kitchen with lots of cabinets, large family room area, covered patio with view through fence to greenbelt and large garage. All occupants over 18 must apply. The lease term is 12 months. In addition to the advertised monthly rent, there is also a $25 per month admin fee and there may be city tax between 1.8% and 2.5% depending on the city.
