Additional features include a 50-gallon hot water tank, sprinkler system, a 35 foot long covered patio in the back yard and it’s a short walk to Sky Prairie Park. This is a beautiful house that will become a beautiful home for the right applicant. The rental rate is $2,300 per month. All leases expire on June 30th of the following year. NO PETS. A $2,300 security deposit will be due at lease signing. Very well qualified applicants (see below) may arrange a tour of this property by calling Gary Miller at (509)868-8743. Applicants must have minimum credit scores of 640, and minimum earnings of 3.25 times the rental rate. A security deposit of $2,300 will be required at lease signing. Applications will only be accepted from those who have toured the property. Utilities are paid by the tenant. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Our screening is performed ONLY by ACRAnet and we do not accept applications from other sources including portable screening reports. Co-signing is not permitted.
