About 16 Central Ave
I am looking to share my 2 bedroom flat, for February 1st, with the possibility to move in earlier. Rent is $462.50 per month, per person. Sound appealing? Here are some details: - Rent includes heat, hot water, electric, and parking for 1 vehicle. - Wonderful landlords. - In unit, non-coin operated laundry. - Flat is the top level, of a 3 unit house. (No one stomping around above you) - A big back yard. (Which is never used by any of the other tenants) - Room itself is unfurnished. The remainder of the apartment is furnished (rather eclectically). - If you have things of your own to bring, I am sure we can make room for them. - Lots of storage space throughout the flat. - Cat friendly. (Only 1, must be fixed and friendly to other animals) - Bus routes 2, 4, 18, 21, 52, 80, 81 all within a 5 minute walk (or less) from the house. - Walking distance from Superstore, Shoppers, Giant Tiger, and other amenities. - Quiet street, other tenants in the building are also quiet and keep to themselves. If you've made it this far, perhaps you'd like to know a little more about your potential roommate. I am a working professional in my (early) mid-twenties. I am tidy, respectful, and friendly. I have an adorable 9 month old neutered male cat. He is extremely friendly, and loves other cats. I love cooking, and baking. I'm not a huge partier, but don't mind a few beer on the weekend. I generally keep to myself, but am very laid back. I am looking for someone around the same age. Full time employment, or student is a must. On time with rent and bills is essential. Someone who is friendly, clean (at least with common areas), respectful, and responsible. I am open minded and LGBTQ friendly.
