The resident is also responsible for removing snow from the driveway, walking surfaces, and deck/patio. Water, sewer, and lawn care are included in the monthly rent. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy for the duration of the lease. Resident(s) must obtain new Utah Driver's Licenses with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Summit County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe. NEIGHBORHOOD: Park West Village is a tiny and quiet neighborhood across the street from the 97-acre grounds of Park City Mountian Resort and Canyons Village. Featuring a par-70 golf course, the area offers convenient access to a world-class resort with ski-in/ski-out luxury accommodations, fine dining, entertainment, and retail offerings. Just 6 minutes from Main Street Park City and 8 minutes from Kimball Junction, Park West Village rests in a convenient spot to access the many winter and summer activities that Park City is known for. APPLICATION: The application fee is $75. Each adult tenant must complete and submit an application. Application fees are nonrefundable.
