Enjoy an in-unit washer/dryer, 1 reserved covered parking spot, and a storage closet. No pets. No smoking. First and last month's rent, as well as a $2,575 security deposit, are required prior to moving in. Available for a 12 + month lease only. UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: power, gas, phone (optional), internet, and cable TV.
