Nice house in great area, 4 Bedroom with 1 full bathroom, with big and nice and new kitchen, new fresh paint, new refrigerator, Microwave, stove. Dreyer and washer. first floor is a big leaving room and kitchen with side bedroom has a door lead to outside, you can yous it as bedroom or an office, upstair there are 3 bedrooms with full bathroom. new efficiently light, big deck close to all colleges and hospitals. near to US destiny's Mall...much more for fun and enjoyable are around. all utilities on the tenants also mowing the grass and removing the snow in the winter one month and one month security deposit paid upon signing the lease.
