There is a shared courtyard and green-space off the back patio, and each townhouse has one assigned parking in our private parking lots. Other tenants and guests park on street. Central forced air and heat. Washer and dryers on property in a shared basement with only the tenants on each row. Brand new HVAC air conditioning and heat furnace. Central forced air. Laundry on site. Rent is $1550 per month with a $1550 security deposit. There is a shared utility fee that includes water, sewer, trash and gas heat that is $135 per month. Quiet neighborhood, great neighbors, walking distance to downtown shopping, eating, drinking and book-reading.
