About 157 Peyton St
Looking for a female housemate starting from August 1st. The house is located in a nice and safe neighborhood, but no pets are allowed. There is a courtyard in the back with space for outdoor activities. Apartment is a two story apartment with one bathroom and both bedrooms on the second story and kitchen/dining room/living room on the first floor. It is located in a really nice part of town, there are what I would define as borderline mansion houses around the apartment complex. Here are the specs: -$375 per month plus electric. Electric bill at its greatest thus far has been $19 per person for two people. -There is a washer/dryer that is available for the apartment complex, only a few apartments down. Cost is $1 per wash and 0.75 per dryer cycle. -Must pass background and credit check that my landlord does which costs $35, non refundable. -Must be able to pay for first month's rent and a $375 deposit, lease is a separate agreement for each person in the apartment with the landlord. -Not pets -There is a large storage area for each apartment unit that is locked in the laundry area for additional storage space. -Apartment is located on Peyton St. in Winchester VA very close to downtown. -Apartment is 2 miles for Shenandoah University campus, but routes are a block away that go to the campus, and it is easily accesable via bike. -Apartment has all wood floors or tile, easy cleaning -The one shared bathroom has tub and shower -Room that will be available is nice, overlooks peyton st with a flowering tree just outside. -Kitchen has electric oven and stove, you share the cupboard space and fridge. -No smoking inside -My landlord is awesome and super nice, not shady at all. -Attached are pictures of the bedroom, living room and the kitchen.
