Amenities include range, refrigerator, dishwasher, W/D hook-ups, and includes central air. Tenant is responsible for all yard-care. Pets accepted on a case by case basis with approval and payment of applicable fees. $400 non-refundable pet fee per pet, plus $50 per mo. rent. Pet screening will be completed prior to move in. Breed restrictions apply. We do not charge additional deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals.
