Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom. The walk-out basement is finished with a large rec room and a second fireplace. There is a large 2-car attached garage with room for vehicles and storage space. There is also walk-in attic storage space. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenant is responsible for lawn & snow maintenance. Pet friendly (limit 2). $300 non-refundable pet fee. $25 monthly pet fee. No smoking allowed. $40 non-refundable screening fee per applicant over the age of 18. Credit check will be ran. Security deposit will be 1.0-1.5 times rent depending on application score.
