Location is super convenient. This three bedroom home is in walking distance to downtown Dartmouth, less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Halifax and easy access to Burnside and the Trans Canada Highway. For the golfers - it’s only a five minute walk to the Brightwood Golf and Country Club. The roof was reshingled in 2006, the oil tank is dated 2001 (inside) and it’s 100 amp electrical service. It also has a nice level backyard and is perfect for those BBQs. However, this home requires some repairs with the furnace, garage door and some of the original hardwood floors (dining room and upstairs bedrooms). The windows and kitchen are also original. But it’s a chance to invest in a home while being close to the city conveniences.
