Spacious front living room with bay window is perfect as private office for your business or can be a very large third bedroom. Luxuriant California King size bed w plush pillow top in master bedroom, Queen bed with padded mattress topper in 2nd bedroom. Very large Restoration Hardware oak/metal clad dining table, and leather couch by Restoration Hardware. Queen Anne style wood/glass end tables, and huge rooms for enjoyable living in the beautiful common areas. House is move in ready, everything currently provided turnkey:all couches, tables, beds, nightstands, lamps, linens and towels, toiletries, kitchenware, appliances utilities, HD TV and hi speed wifi internet is working and installed. Perfect for travelling professionals, vacationers or locals who want a classy, clean, quiet place to work , have a home office or studio, or just relax and enjoy a carefree time. Easy 4 block walk to State St and downtown, where restaurants, galleries and shops abound. The below are our standard rates, may fluctuate slightly per season and group, and we can discount for longer stays. $ 159/night weekdays, $179/night weekends - Discount applied for longer term rental, depending on length of stay, usage, and size of group. Those displaced due to the recent disaster, needing to bring some of your own furniture or needing special accomodation/configuration no problem. The house may be quite suitable as a permanent or interim home. The property is almost as long as a football field, so there is a long driveway and rear yard with ample room for trucks, trailers, RVs, boats, vehicles/equipment. There is room for your kennels, stalls, beloved pets or rescue animals and very large yard they can enjoy. The hardwood floors in the house are good for any pets approved for lodging. Excellent house and location for writers, filmmakers, out of town crews working here, new hires in training or on short term assignment here for local company offices. Extra large dining table and room are suitable for large meetings. We have worked with many of the local employers, i.e. growing tech companies in our community, and for families of patients or staff of Sansum and Cottage Hospital and Cottage Rehab, and national construction companies doing projects here. Perfect place for all staff, remote workers, with 100mbps high speed internet. Can handle all rental/lodging agreements and payments through the employer or your insurance company if wished. Can issue W-9 This is a non smoking house, no smoking of any kind or vaping allowed inside the home.
