The front yard is one of the best parts of the property — ideal for morning coffee, sunset dinners, casual entertaining, or relaxing after a beach day. Just a short 5-minute walk to the sand and walking distance to downtown Manhattan Beach shops, restaurants, cafés, and nightlife. Beach gear is included, along with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. The home is family-friendly, dog-friendly with approval/fee/deposit with doggie door and potty area. We ask that you not let your dog on the furniture/beds or go to the bathroom on the front or back yard/patios as we enjoy relaxing there. Well suited for families and groups who want to enjoy time together in a relaxed setting — dinners, beach days, and entertaining at home. This is not a party house, and any gatherings or events require prior approval so neighbors can be respected and notified in advance. Quiet hours 10:30-7:30am.
