If you are looking for an affordable place, that is easy on the utilities and not located in an apartment complex, check this place out. This Townhouse was built in 2006 and is in great shape. It has over 1000 square feet of well insulated space, with a heat pump for heating and air conditioning. Everything is electric, so one utility. Hardwood floors make for easy cleaning along with the ceramic tile in kitchen and bathrooms. You will not hear your neighbor through the wall due to our soundproofing measures during construction. There are twice as many cabinets as necessary (more than any rental I ever lived in). The main floor is an open floor plan from front to back and includes a bar top eating area with recessed lighting. Washer and Dryer Hookups are in the unit. Sorry we don't include the washer and dryer itself. You are only 25 minutes away from Charlottesville. It's located just a few minutes from I-64, Walmart, Target, Towncenter, Shenandoah National Park, etc. Save some money and have a much nicer place to live by living in the valley.
