GORGEOUS 2 Bedroom Duplex! - This house is a STUNNER! Everything is brand new. You walk up the stairs and enter into the living room. There is a coat closet right when you walk in and a custom built bench with storage for shoes, gloves, hats etc. The living room is open and bright with so many windows you don't even need the light on! There is a family run business out of the other side of the duplex. Resident is responsible for the propane heat and electric. This unit is equipped with a very high efficiency boiler.
