Two story, 2441 square feet on a corner lot with 3 bedrooms plus a den, and 3 baths. Main bedroom features a walk-in closet, cozy fireplace, and double sinks and shower in the main bathroom. Propane heat, air conditioning. Kitchen includes a pantry, a reverse osmosis water filtration system and all appliances. Note that the fireplace in the living room is inoperable. Single car garage, with extra room for storage. Covered front patio with a spacious deck in the front of the house and there is also a deck in the back of the house. Monthly landscaping, and pest control service included in the rent. Tenant responsible for all utilities. NO non-assistive animals. 1 year lease, good-excellent credit and income verification are required to apply. Monthly rent $3,200 NO SMOKING allowed in the home or in the garage, NO SUBLETTING ALLOWED. Minimum of 5-7 business days for the application process and preparing the property for a move in. WE DO NOT ADVERTISE ON FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE OR. Good-Excellent credit is required. Monthly income must be 2.5-3x times the rental amount, with verifiable proof of income.
