Covered front patio with a spacious deck in the front of the house and there is also a deck in the back of the house. Monthly landscaping, and pest control service included in the rent. Tenant responsible for all utilities. NO PETS. 1 year lease, Good-Excellent credit and income verification are needed to apply. Monthly rent $3, 300.00 NO SMOKING allowed in the home or in the garage, NO SUBLETTING ALLOWED. Minimum of 5-7 business days for the application process and preparing the property for a move in. WE DO NOT ADVERTISE ON FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE OR. Good to excellent credit required. Monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the rental amount, with verifiable proof of income. Anyone over the age of 18 will need to complete an application. No cosigners. If you have any questions about qualifying please contact the office prior to submitting your application.
