Single car garage, with extra room for storage. Covered front patio with a spacious deck in the front of the house and there is also a deck in the back of the house. Monthly landscaping, and pest control service included in the rent. Tenant responsible for all utilities. NO non-assistive animals. 1 year lease, good-excellent credit and income verification are required to apply. Monthly rent $3,300 NO SMOKING allowed in the home or in the garage, NO SUBLETTING ALLOWED. Minimum of 5-7 business days for the application process and preparing the property for a move in.
