This home has unique design and character throughout! The home has Red Rock views and is tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Village of Oak Creek. Two story, 2441 square feet on a corner lot with 3 bedrooms plus a den, and 3 baths. Main bedroom features a walk-in closet, cozy fireplace, and double sinks and shower in the main bathroom. Propane heat, air conditioning. Kitchen includes a pantry, a reverse osmosis water filtration system and all appliances. Note that the fireplace in the living room is inoperable. Single car garage, with extra room for storage. Covered front patio with a spacious deck in the front of the house and there is also a deck in the back of the house. Monthly landscaping, and pest control service included in the rent. Tenant responsible for all utilities. NO non-assistive animals. 1 year lease, good-excellent credit and income verification are required to apply. Monthly rent $3,300 NO SMOKING allowed in the home or in the garage, NO SUBLETTING ALLOWED. Minimum of 5-7 business days for the application process and preparing the property for a move in. WE DO NOT ADVERTISE ON FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE OR. Excellent credit is required. Monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the rental amount, with verifiable proof of income. Anyone over the age of 18 will need to complete an application. No cosigners. If you have any questions about qualifying please contact the office prior to submitting your application.
