Mobile Home Lot for Rent - Missoula, Near Frenchtown Plum Property Management is offering a single-wide mobile home lot for rent in Missoula, conveniently located near Frenchtown. This spacious lot accommodates a single sized mobile home with a large yard. The lot is situated in a highly desirable and well-maintained neighborhood. All tenants must be pre-approved by Plum Property Management before moving a mobile home onto the lot. While there are no age restrictions on mobile homes, they must pass an inspection by Plum Property Management. Approved tenants are responsible for ensuring their mobile home fits the lot and can connect to the necessary hookups without any issues before signing a rental agreement. Any upgrades to utility connections are at the expense of the lot renter. Tenants are responsible for all moving expenses, including hookup costs, as well as gas, electricity, and garbage services for their mobile home. Lot rent includes sewer and water. Tenants are also responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Dogs and cats are welcome, with a maximum of two pets per lot. Proof of mobile home insurance is required at lease signing. The lease term is a month-to-month lot agreement.
