Basement is unfinished but perfect for extra storage, an office or play room. 2 car garage, full sprinkler system, fully fenced yard and Air Conditioning. Washer/Dryer are included (complimentary item, will not be replaced if they break or fail). Rent is $2,495/month. Tenant pays all utilities separately. (1-2) dogs might be ok with owner approval. $500 refundable pet deposit per dog and $50 monthly pet fee per dog. No aggressive breeds, no dogs over 40 lbs and no dogs under 2 years old.
