This freshly updated efficient 26 year old half double home is for rent after a very long term tenant moved out. It comes with offstreet parking, and a nice size yard therefore we consider pets (with a reference). It also has a full unfinished basement with washer and dryer hookups and with an outdoor entrance for your storage needs. This well maintained unit provides a large kitchen with wooden cabinets, and beautiful ceramic tile floors. We have a brand new gas range/oven and a new refrigerator. The dishwasher is one year old. The unit has efficient hot water gas heat, and a gas hot water heater. All utilities are paid by the tenant. The utilities are very reasonable as we built this house with quality in mind.
