The sunsets-well, let's just say you have to see them to believe them. They are "stop you in your tracks" good. Ski season lease is $7,250 per month available for a 5-6 month winter rental Home has new quartz countertops in all bathrooms, steel case queen sleeper sofa on ground floor living area, and new dual fuel downdraft Kitchenaid range. The main floor features a spacious kitchen and dining table. The living room is filled with windows- all surrounding a gas burning fireplace. The main level of the house features an open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. There is also one bedroom with an attached bath. The upper level has another master with en-suite as well as a loft with a sleeper sofa. The lowest level of the house is the perfect spot for a group. A separate bedroom, a pull out sofa, pool table, and even a mini-fridge. Laundry and a full bathroom are also on the lowest level. One car garage, a hot tub, and a fully equipped kitchen are all ready for you at the property. Tenants are responsible for shoveling, gas, plowing, trash, internet/cable, and electricity. Included with rent is, water, sewer. Renter's insurance required. Pets negotiable. All applicants over 18 will be required to submit an application, credit and background check with a non-refundable $45.00 fee. The application can be emailed or filled out online. First and Security are owed to move in. Last Month's Rent deposit is owed and can be paid off in three payments, beginning the second month of the lease.
