The Townes at Buckwalter is conveniently located off Buckwalter Parkway, putting you close to both grocery stores and restaurants. A community pool, fitness center, and bike paths complete the package of this well-managed community. Water remains in the owner's name and is billed at a flat rate of $36 per month. Tenants are also required to fill out an information sheet for the association and will be charged a $50.00 fee for this. ForeShore will not be managing this property, only securing a tenant for the owner. One small, mature and housebroken dog/cat under 30 lbs. may be considered with a non-refundable pet fee of $500.00.
