We take pride in providing and maintaining clean, cozy properties with exceptional support for our renters. We do not allow any smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises. No exceptions. The only type of pet allowed is 1 small dog ($25/mo pet rent required). Must show proof of being spayed or neutered. Must be able to prove 3x rent in monthly income.
